Arturo Fuente 3 string fretless CBG
This was me building an electro acoustic with a rod piezo pickup as opposed to a disk piezo. Wow!! What a sound! I’ll be using rod piezos a lot more in the future. The guitar has a lot of punch and when it’s combined with a volume control truely has a lot of sonic scope. The larger Arturo Fuente boxes are usually used for the more expensive and complex builds due to their rarity here in Australia and their pricier price tag. However it was way too tempting to build a great quality and punchier sounding fretless electro/acoustic for blues songs that don’t require a lot of distortion.
