If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact Birdwood Guitars within 7 days of delivery to organise an exchange or repair . Please note that we do not refund for change of mind. Customer pays return postage.

Birdwood Guitars offers a lifetime (limited) Fair-wear guarantee on all guitars and effects to the original purchaser. If there is a problem with parts or construction please contact us to organise a return for free repairs. All postage is paid by the client. Our guarantee does not cover you for misuse or misadventure.

Postage is paid for by the client, We use Australia post exclusively domestically and internationally. Please be aware of any import taxes that you may need to pay if shopping internationally. Birdwood Guitars takes no responsibility for lost items but will provide a tracking number on each order once posted.
